Ingredients

* 1 1/2 cups water * 1/4 tsp. salt * 2/3 cups quick cooking oatmeal * 1 medium apple, peeled and grated * 1 tsp. cinnamon * 2 Tbsp. raisins * Sugar substitute to taste, optional

Instructions

1.Bring water and salt to boil in saucepan 2.Stir in oatmeal, apple, cinnamon and raisins 3.Reduce heat and cook 1 minutes until water is absorbed 4.Serve hot with sugar substitute 5. Add two tablespoons of fat free half and half for a creamier texture
